4 Account Responsibilities

9 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. • Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or any other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Identification of the account as a duplicate of another existing account.
• Discovery that the account is registered to an individual who is under 21 years of age.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, Real Money Funds balances (net of any suspicious transactions) will be held securely and released to the verified account holder upon satisfactory resolution of the investigation, unless a regulatory directive requires otherwise.
